Next Generation Learning Charter
The Next Generation Learning Charter was launched in January 2009 and offered schools the opportunity to make a public commitment to providing better learning opportunities through the effective use of technology. Unfortunately due to the recent Government cuts and the planned closure of Becta this initiative has now been withdrawn.
All schools have the potential to raise standards, improve results and engage pupils with technology. We recommend that schools continue to use the self-review framework and work towards the ICT Mark accreditation.
